1. What this site is
This site presents the products of SC LED and the brands that Automotor Import S.A.S. distributes in Colombia. By using it, you accept these terms.

2. Products, prices and availability
· The products are vehicle accessories. We are not a workshop and we do not provide installation services unless expressly agreed.
· Prices are in Colombian pesos and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
· Prices and availability may change without prior notice. If a product sells out or there is an obvious error in the published price, we will tell you before charging you and you may withdraw at no cost.
· Photographs are for reference; minor differences in tone or presentation may exist.

3. Orders
An order is firm once we confirm availability and receive the agreed payment. We may decline an order where there is a pricing error, lack of stock, or a request we cannot fulfil; in that case we refund what you paid.

4. Installation and use
Several of our products — lighting, security films and window tint — must be installed by qualified personnel, and their use is subject to Colombian traffic regulations. Compliance with the rules applicable to your vehicle is the owner's responsibility. We are not liable for damage arising from improper installation or from use other than that intended by the manufacturer.

5. Intellectual property
Third-party brands we distribute belong to their owners. The content of this site belongs to Automotor Import S.A.S. or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without authorization.

6. Liability
We are liable to the extent Colombian law requires, in particular under the statutory warranty of the Consumer Statute. We are not liable for indirect damages or for use of the site for purposes other than those intended.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute will be handled before the competent authorities in Colombia.

8. Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by our Personal Data Processing Policy, published on this same site.
