SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship. We ship throughout Colombia-USA through partner carriers, including Coordinadora - FEDEX-DHL.

When your order leaves. Orders confirmed and paid before 2:00 p.m. on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next business day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

How long delivery takes. It depends on the destination city and the carrier:
· Main cities: 2 to 4 business days
· Rest of the country and remote areas: 4 to 8 business days

These times are estimated by the carrier and may be affected by causes beyond our control (weather, public order, strikes, force majeure).

What it costs. Free shipping on orders over USD $250,00. Below that amount, the cost depends on the destination city and is communicated to you before you confirm the order.

Tracking. When your order ships we send you the tracking number through the same channel you wrote to us on, so you can follow the shipment directly with the carrier.

If the package arrives damaged. Do not accept the package without inspecting it. If the packaging arrives torn, wet or open, record it with the carrier and write to us the same day with photos. With that evidence we arrange a replacement.

If it does not arrive. If your order has not arrived after the estimated time, write to us and we will file the claim with the carrier.
