How does TIR optics work?
Each LED sits inside a precision lens (optical-grade polycarbonate) that captures light leaving the diode in all directions and, through total internal reflection, straightens it into a controlled beam. Unlike a reflector, which loses light at the edges and creates uneven hot spots, TIR delivers a sharp, uniform pattern.
